Frequently Asked Questions

SHIPPING
We can ship to almost any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Shipping costs will be quoted at checkout so you can see how much shipping will cost before you commit to the order.
Please note that if you choose normal mail or airmail there will be no reliable tracking on your parcel so you cannot know when it will arrive or track it down if it goes missing in the post. If an item goes missing without tracking, we will do our best to help you find it but cannot replace it or provide you with a refund.

DELIVERY
Many of our items may be too big to fit through your post box. So please make sure someone is there to receive it. We recommend that you get it delivered to your work address if you know that’s where you will be.

PAYMENT
We accept payment by Credit/Debit Card or PayPal (which allows you to use credit card). Both methods are safe and easy to use. You don’t have to be a member of PayPal.

PLEASE NOTE
All products are hand made so may vary slightly in appearance.

ORDERING TIMES
We aim to dispatch Australian orders within 3 working days. Sometimes we have to make things especially, and this can take up to a week. All customer orders are sent out using Australia Post. Please let us know in a message if you have chosen the express post delivery option, or if the purchase is a gift to be sent directly to the lucky person.

Orders outside of Australia will take longer, please allow up to 3 weeks to be safe!

DUTIES AND TAXES
Please note any duties and taxes charged at customs when sending overseas, are the buyers responsibility to pay.

We will never pass any of your details on to any 3rd party.

RETURNS

We do hope that your are very happy with what you receive.

Please note, we cannot refund the postage and you will have to pay for the return postage unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). If you notice that your order is damaged, please do not accept the package and contact us straight away. Alternatively please photograph the damaged packaging, or send it back to us so we can see what went wrong.

We cannot provide a refund if the product is not returned to us. We cannot provide a refund if you are not living at the shipping address you provided on the order.

We cannot provide a refund if the product was not purchased from our online store.

You can swap an item if it is unused and still in its packaging up to 2 weeks. You will need to pay the postage to return it to us and also the postage to send you the new item.

If you are approved for a refund, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
