My Birthday tea party picnic!

It was my 29th birthday this weekend just gone. Not the most important milestone but none the less worth celebrating as it was my first birthday party in Australia in four years after returning from the UK. So how better to celebrate than a very English tea party picnic in the park! Over the past couple of years I have been accumulating everything that one needs to throw such an event. Barn shortage

How beautiful is this farm barn wedding? Wooden textures, hessian runners, jars for drinks, miss-matched china, chairs and tables, oh my!! I'm not in any hurry to get married but seeing lovely rustic styling like this fills me with so much inspiration, I think I'll just have to take out a huge loan and build a big barn to live in and rent out for events on weekends, which I will of course offer to style myself with Homely Creatures wares.
