Merry Christmas - DIY snow globe centrepieces

Wishing you all the most merriest of Christmases for 2012! This Christmas Eve I have been given the fun task of creating the centrepiece for our family's Christmas lunch table. I got these beautiful glass domes from the UK (squeezing them in my carry-on luggage!) and decided to turn them into some snow-globe-esk Christmas creations! After the glass display domes, all I spent was about $15 on: - White paper to cover the bases - Gold glitter covered Christmas trees (from the cheap shop!) - Cotton wool for snow clover - A can of spray snow for the bottom inside edge I wasn't planning on the spray snow making its way up into the top of the dome, but turns out it looked pretty cool - like a real snow globe! On the table I will add some golden decorations and red place mats to keep the theme red, gold and white. Anyways, MERRY CHRISTMAS, and a happy new year. I hope Santa gives you everything you wished for. x
